Do I have to be a dancer?No, you don't need to be a dancer. We will be exploring dance as an expression as it relates to emotion.

How should I dress?Dress in attire that is easy for you to move in (ex. active wear, sweats, leggings, t-shirt etc...) and be prepared to remove your shoes.
